Colin Dueweke
Director of Operations

Colin serves as the Director of Operations for WJC.  He joins the team after spending over 2 years as the Vice President of Operations for My Life Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing personalized home care to people with developmental disabilities.  Prior to switching into the non-profit sector, Colin spent 10 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in Portfolio Management & Operations across numerous departments including Assurance, Finance, Human Resources and Strategy.  He is grateful to sync his skillset in operations with his passion of strengthening and empowering communities by growing their conflict resolution skills.

Colin holds his Bachelor’s in Business & Economics from Kalamazoo College, where he was a member of the Men’s Swimming & Diving team – serving as a captain in his senior year.  He has additionally served on the board for West Hollywood Aquatics, one of the first LGBTQ+ sports organizations founded in 1982.  In his free time, Colin enjoys being outdoors whether at the beach, on a hike or camping.
