he/him

Colin serves as the Director of Operations at Western Justice Center, where he leads the organization’s finance, human resources, facilities, campus, and operational strategy. By strengthening the systems, partnerships, and infrastructure that support WJC’s programs, he helps advance the organization’s mission of building a more just and peaceful society through conflict resolution and restorative practices.

Before joining WJC in 2022, Colin served as the Vice President of Operations at My Life Foundation, where he led a significant organizational and financial turnaround while overseeing finance, technology, human resources, and operations functions. Prior to that, he spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), managing operations, workforce planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments. Throughout his career, he has specialized in helping mission-driven organizations strengthen operations, improve financial sustainability, and build effective teams.

Colin believes that strong communities are built through collaboration, mutual respect, and meaningful opportunities for people to engage across differences. He is passionate about creating systems that support equitable outcomes and empower others to do their best work. For him, peacebuilding begins with listening, relationship-building, and investing in organizations that help people develop the skills to resolve conflict constructively.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College. He also serves in nonprofit governance roles, including Board Treasurer for West Hollywood Aquatics.

Outside of work, Colin is a competitive Masters swimmer with U.S. Masters Swimming All-American honors and enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, and exploring California’s beaches, mountains, and trails.
