United Against Hate Week Neighborfest
Welcoming neighbors from Pasadena, South Pasadena, and Altadena! Join us for an afternoon of warmth, connection, and community spirit.
Celebrate Community, Kindness & Belonging!
Come together in a vibrant space where everyone belongs. Celebrate kindness, share stories, and make new friends as we move beyond what divides us. Whether you’re with family, friends, or on your own, you’ll find a place to connect and be inspired.
This FREE, all-ages event is indoors with air conditioning—so you can beat the heat while enjoying delicious food, live music, family-friendly activities, voter registration, and resources that foster unity and inclusion.
Neighborfest is part of United Against Hate Week (UAHW), a national movement celebrated by local governments and community groups across the country. In the greater Pasadena area, this marks our fifth year recognizing UAHW. Just last week, the Pasadena City Council passed a resolution officially recognizing United Against Hate Week—a noteworthy milestone for our community.
Report hate safely and anonymously in Altadena, Pasadena, or South Pasadena at LAvsHate.org or by calling 211—no police involvement required.
Let’s stand together for kindness and belonging. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Neighborfest Toolkit
We’re launching our digital toolkit to help you host a backyard or block party or organize activities at your school, faith congregation, or community group. If you’ve moved or been displaced, you can still join—host a Zoom Neighborfest and connect from wherever you are!
Our Coalition & Government Partners
Neighborfest is powered by the United Against Hate Week-DENA Coalition—a partnership of local government and community organizations dedicated to building a safer, more inclusive region.

At the heart of Neighborfest is the simple act of loving our neighbors and truly getting to know one another. When we take the time to connect, it becomes easier to navigate our differences and build a stronger, more welcoming community for all.
